Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free for a standard 3- 5 delivery service in the United Kingdom. If you require your item sooner, please select the first class option at the checkout.
Postage to UK and Channel Islands.
Postage within the UK is for delivery by Royal Mail or Hermes. Orders will be sent out within 48 hours and delivery should be between 3-5 days. This may change during busy periods.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a week of receiving your despatch email please email us at email@example.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in a saleable, new condition. You are responsible for postage costs for any returned items. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we can't offer any refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you are returning an item of value over £50, we advise you use a signed for service.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Betty Loves makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are in fact the items that you ordered.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to correct any errors made as quickly as possible.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and please provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
